Phong Cà Phê was born from a simple belief: coffee is best enjoyed slowly, in good company. Founded in 2019 by Nguyễn Văn Phong, the café began as a small corner shop in the Old Quarter of Hà Nội and has since grown into a beloved neighbourhood institution.
We source our beans directly from small-holder farms in Đắk Lắk and Lâm Đồng, ensuring fair prices for farmers and exceptional quality in your cup. Our roasting profile highlights the natural sweetness and complexity of Vietnamese Robusta and Arabica varietals.
